What do u think of these names for real people, are they old fashioned?

None of those names are old fashioned. I have never met a native English speaker named Dulcie, but Dulce (sweet) is a fairly popular name in Spanish speaking countries. I have never heard Claudine either, but it would be a diminutive variant of Claudia. The other names are fairly common in modern society.
