Is there something wrong with my cat?

I just adopted a cat from the humane society and she is 1 year old and spayed she also has a "kitty cold" but anyway i was playing with her when i noticed that her nipples are enlarged as if she had kittens and they fed from her but isn't a cat under 1 year old getting pregnant wrong or impossible? If there's something wrong what is it???
