You'd probably have to see a direct correlation to sex, but basically yes. Pavlov was all about association so just being TOLD isn't enough, but if said body part was hidden I think the desire to see or touch what is denied you normally becomes the overwhelming factor. Men are desensitized to breasts in primitive societies, but the main baby making portion remains private.
