My cat is peeing all over help please?

my "middle child" cat is suddenly peeing all over the place mostly on my kids beds and i caught him trying to on the dog bed but now i smell is all over. i have had him since he was a kitty and he is now 3 years old. he was fixed before he would even know what to do with it also. we recently got a new puppy in march but he seemed fine with her. also i know its not due to a dirty litter box because we have the litter maid that cleans automatically and i change that out twice a week as well any ideas? also i have thoroughly cleaned/washed the areas he has soiled with enzyme crap that's supposed to take away the pee smell so they don't go back. i know alot of you will be like go to the vet and that a very valid answer but if i had the cash to go to the vet right now i would not be on yahoo answers seeking advice lol thanks to all that respond
