My cat is not drinking or eatting?

Last night she seemed to be fine ... I come home from the doctor today and find her lying in the bathroom floor .. Somewhere she never is .. I call her she does not come to me . I try and give her water and she will not drink ... I thought she was pregnant as her belly is getting bigger .. But it just does not feel like its time for the kittys yet .. her nipples still have not dropped nor does it look like she is big enough ...
